We work with literally hundreds of companies of all sizes and shapes across all 50 states of our great nation. I frequently hear, “My Company provides 'great service' to our clients!” When asked exactly what that means, my inquiry is met with silence or some new sales technique as a response.

In all fairness, I believe this is due to “great service” meaning different things to different people. Nevertheless, here’s what it means to us here at National Audit Recovery Group, LP:

*You need to feel secure in knowing we will perform the most thorough and comprehensive audit/review of your policy(ies) ever executed.

*You deserve to know the facts about your coverage and feel good about your decision.

*You need to understand we WILL NOT attempt to change your company or agent. We are confident you made a wise decision in choosing your agent and subsequently your insurer.

*You need to know that we do as you instruct us to do which is why we confirm every request in writing for your protection. You deserve to know when, how and why it was done and, again, have it verified in writing.

*You deserve to have your privacy protected. We promise to treat your confidential information as if it was ours. We would never consider selling, renting, or sharing it.

*You deserve multiple communication channels such as phone, fax, mail, or email.

*You deserve a detailed explanation of what you are agreeing to in easy-to-understand language.

*You deserve a cheerful attitude from us. After all, you are spending large sums of money for your insurance and we may be your only avenue of hope.

*You deserve promptness of response from us. If it’s going to take time to get you an answer, we will give you our best estimate of how long it will take and keep you apprised of our progress.

*You deserve our best effort to accommodate your requests in a timely fashion.
